With over 3/4 of organisations stating a clearly defined IT Strategy is necessary, we’ve taken a look at how organisations are developing their IT Strategies. There’s some interesting results here, not least the contradiction of organisations that have a well defined IT Strategy (81%) versus those that see an IT Strategy as necessary (100%).

The results as to who is consulted for IT Strategy input are also interesting, and perhaps shed some light on why there is so often a chasm between IT and the ‘Business’. There’s clearly room for improvement here.
