How we're performing

At Camford Management Consultants to ensure we continue to deliver the highest quality consulting to our clients, and to best support, develop and incentivise our staff, we undertake two satisfaction surveys for each engagement.  The first is a Client Satisfaction Survey, the second a Team Engagement Survey.

The surveys cover 12 questions each, with answers scored from 1 (low) to 5 (high).  The scores are then aggregated to provide a final score out of 5. The current aggregated score across all engagements is as follows:

These scores are unedited and unselective, and they are updated regularly throughout the year.
